This quiet family home is the perfect location to bring the family to relax in sunny Florida. With all the great features of Florida less than an hour away, this home is the place to kick back and relax. Great restaurants and other amenities are nearby for everything you may need. Please note the garage is not accessible. The space Each room is spacious and equipped with a television. There is a separate dining room, a dining bar, and lots of space to relax. Guest access You will be able to access the entire house except for the garage. Other things to note The neighborhood is small, but has a very strong HOA. To keep our cleaning fee fair for smaller groups, any groups staying at the house with more than 4 people who are 4 years old or older, will be charged an additional $25 per person, per night. Due to the HOA rules, no gatherings are permitted above the total number the number of guests staying at the house. This includes all types of parties, showers, or other events where people come and gather. No more than 4 vehicles are allowed. Please try to park all vehicles in the driveway. If unable to park in the driveway, please park along the curb closest to the driveway without blocking neighboring driveways or access to the mailboxes. There is additional room in the cul-de-sac to park if no space is available in or next to the driveway.
