The cabin is approximately 250 maybe 300 ft.², it is primitive, this means it does not have an indoor bathroom. there is a porta potty on the south cabin, which is known as Sequoyah’s Cabin, and there is freshwater in the water Spicket on the east side of the yellow house. You have access to the entire cabin, as well as the grounds, feel free to make a fire in the fire pit and enjoy mother nature at its finest. Todd‘s access is approximately 1 mile north of the cabin, the Nichol preserve is approximately 4 miles north of the cabin, the Illinois river floats are about 5 miles from the cabin towards Tahlequah/ᏓᎵᏆ, and the Barron Fork Creek is approximately 5 miles towards Stilwell / ᏍᏗᎳᏪᎵ This location is a self check in, there is a lock box with the key inside upon check-in. However, there is a convenience store approximately a mile maybe a mile and a half away. There are lots of ways to get around the area, upon arrival, many of the attractions in the area you can access by your own vehicle. You can choose to visit the Illinois river floats for a float trip, there are lots of activities and attractions in the area to make your stay as adventurous or as serene as you would like it to be because this vacation is all about you. There is a water Spicket on the east side of the yellow house that does have fresh potable water. There is a porta potty on the south cabin, better known as Sequoyah’s Cabin.
