Guest access The guests have access to the entire house except 2 rooms in the basement: 1st room is underneath the stairs used for storage and 2nd room is a furnace/heating system room. Both rooms will be locked. Other things to note The house is located in the HOA community. Therefore, there are certain rules all HOA members and their guests must follow. The rules are posted in the house and here: • NO STREET PARKING DAY OR NIGHT • NO DISTURBANCE OF THE PEACE AND QUIET THROUGH LOUD, UNUSUAL OR EXCESSIVE NOISE OR DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BOTH IN AND AROUND THE HOME AS WELL AS THE COMMON AMENITIES • NO FIREWORKS OR FLOATING LANTERNS ANYWHERE • DO NOT PARK ON THE LAWN • LIMIT YOUR GUESTS BOTH DAY AND OVERNIGHT TO THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED (14 guests for day-time, 8 guests for overnight) • NO OUTDOOR SLEEPING IN OR OUT OF TENTS/CAMPERS • PROPERLY DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH, AND BE AWARE OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WILDLIFE SO TRASH DOES NOT GET DISTURBED • BOOKING GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE! • TREAT THE COMMUNITY AS A VISITOR THAT WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO WELCOME BACK SOMETIME! The cameras does not look into any interior spaces.
