The first bedroom features a full-size bed with a beautiful headboard, the second offers a queen bed with ample storage, and the third includes a custom-made twin bunk bed. We also have a sofa bed that can sleep 2 kids or petite adults as well as a sleeping cot in the laundry that can sleep one. **Living Areas (2)** The main living room offers a large, comfortable sofa, woodless electronic fireplace and a TV. The second living area includes a reading nook, a book exchange library, and a futon that converts into an extra bed, suitable for 2 children, petite adults, or 1 average-sized adult. Wi-Fi is available for remote work, and we have board games and a grand foosball table for fun and relaxation. **Bathroom (2)** At The Zen Den, you'll find two cozy bathrooms to suit your needs. Though there are neighbors on nearby acreage and a quiet long-term renter in the separate mother-in-law unit, the setting remains tranquil. Situated on a quiet road just off the highway, any highway noise is faint and distant, ensuring a calm atmosphere. NATURE/RIVER: The Centennial Trail and Stillguamish River are minutes away, accessible by a short walk uphill from our driveway. It’s a 10-minute walk to the river, though there is no direct access from the property. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The green futon in the second living room can accommodate 2 children or petite adults. Please use the side with legs when getting on and off. Extra blankets and pillows are available in the bunk bed room, and a camping cot is stored in the laundry room if needed. FIREWOOD: We provide a couple of logs for the bonfire. Feel free to bring additional firewood if desired. PETS: Pets are welcome but must be kept off furniture and beds. We deep clean after each guest, though some pet hair may remain. Please consider this if you have allergies. There are a lot of stairs and other potential hazards on the 5-acre property. We have two outdoor security cameras: one at the main entrance and parking area, and another near the patio and hot tub. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home or near the patio/hot tub. Smoking in these areas will result in a $500+ cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed on the gravel driveway; please dispose of smoking waste responsibly. FLOOD ZONE: Our property is near a river and creek, placing us in a flood zone. While floods are rare, they are possible. Please keep this in mind when booking. WILDLIFE: Given our proximity to nature, wildlife sightings, including rodents and insects, are possible. Please do not leave food outside, and keep pets on a leash. Insects, including spiders, are natural in this setting.
