The space The property is a four bedroom semi-detached, self catering townhouse. On the ground floor, there is a master suite with a luxury en suite bathroom. The bedroom opens up to the garden. Here you will find the pool and terrace area. These are accessed via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Two additional guest bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom are also on this level. A fourth en suite master guest bedroom of equally generous proportions is provided on the mezzanine floor. All bedrooms are airconditioned. On the first floor, large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors opens up the elegantly modern living and dining areas. These lead to a covered, west-facing terrace overlooking the private pool - just perfect to watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. From here the unrivalled fairway and sea views can be enjoyed to their fullest. There are ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen - no airconditioners, but with the fans and windows and doors open, a beautiful breeze cools the area. Guest access The villa comes with full Royal Westmoreland membership so all guests have access to the Club facilities, which includes the Gym, Sanctuary Swimming Pool, the Tennis and Padel Courts as well as The Beach Club at Mullins. Other things to note The villa is ideally located just steps away from the Golf Clubhouse as well as the Sanctuary Gym and a short 5 minute walk to the tennis courts.
