The Loft, situated on the second floor of a multi-family home, requires climbing stairs for access. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features an open-concept living space with a spacious kitchen, large dining area, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning fire stove. One bedroom offers a large king-size memory foam mattress with a window unit air conditioner. The second bedroom, equipped with a queen-size memory foam mattress, also houses a washer and dryer, along with a window unit air conditioner. A large, reconfigurable sectional sofa in the living room transforms into a king-size bed, with linens stored in the closet. Additionally, there's an extra bedroom in the loft area, featuring a king-size memory foam mattress and a window unit AC. The loft's additional bathroom is accessed via spiral stairs.
