Our home is the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life however only a quick 20 minute drive to beaches, San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, and Down Town San Diego. The space Bring your whole family to the country. The house is 1800 square feet. Great for families & small gatherings. 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms and a game room), 2 bath, a completely stocked kitchen, a large dinning room and game room is available for use. Please enjoy the outdoor backyard amenities. The property sits on a 3rd of an acre. There is an above ground pool, jacuzzi, bbq station, and sitting space to host small gatherings. Our large parking space holds up to 2 vehicles. Need more beds? We have 2 comfortable twin size folding beds that can be pulled out and put in the game room. We also have additional air mattresses and cots if needed for additional people. Please let us know at the time of booking. The Backyard is a SHARED SPACE! There is a separate Airbnb (tiny house) located on the very back on the property with its own separate entrance. Please do not disturb the guests and they will not disturb you. THIS IS AN ANIMAL FRIENDLY HOME! IF YOU HAVE ANIMAL ALLERGIES PLEASE DO NOT BOOK! This home is occupied full-time by a family of six. When the family is away on long vacations, they rent out the home to short term travelers. Because of this, the home may not be in pristine condition. Please do not disturb the guests. ⭐️$100.00 per day to heat up the Jacuzzi.
