Downtown Eugene is less than a mile north, home to a vibrant arts scene and wonderful restaurants and breweries. Alton Baker Park and Hendricks Park are both within two miles as well. After a fun-filled day out and about, come home to unwind in the fresh air outside on the fenced patio. Kick back in an Adirondack chair with a cold drink in hand, and light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner at sunset. The interior is bright and comfortable, with plush sofas and a smart TV greeting you as you step through the door. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a light-filled dining area that opens to the patio, and such home comforts as a washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
