Stay at La Casa Verde whether it is with family or friends! It is the most spacious villa in a Caribbean-style resort of colorful villas that includes a pool, hot tub, Tiki bar, live music & a view of the lake! It easily accommodates adults and has the homey feel and space that is great for children also. However, we apologize, we do not allow any pets under any circumstances. Our Villa is a quick walk to the St Hazard's Tiki/restaurant/pool & other places on MBI! We also have a lake view! The space AT the lake, bugs are unavoidable. There will be bugs every day! There are flies, may flies (aka June bugs, sand bugs), chiggers (although we do spray thoroughly around our place for this- one huge reason to not have a pet at our place), Kitchen: We have pots and pans and cooking utensils. We also offer disposable pans to save you the hassle of cleaning up! We also provide foil, saran wrap, plates, cups, Ziploc bags paper towels, garbage bags, napkins, etc. Please only use what you need. We have cooking oil for the copper pans and foil & cooking spray to cover the cooking sheets for the oven. Bathroom: We have shampoo, conditioner, male and female body soaps, bathroom towels and face towels (cloth and disposable). Beds: All beds will be made with sheets, bedspreads and pillows. Misc: We have a lot of extra items in our villa to share if you need them or have forgotten to pack something. There is a General Store that has a lot...but can also be expensive. Please use only what you need to make your stay enjoyable! Guest access There is a small parking space for 2 vehicles in front of our villa. Looking at teh parking space from our villa, we park to the left of it so that it does not block our lake view :) We have a few areas that our guests do not have access to so that we can store supplies and tools as we need them. -The closet in the bunk room is locked- but there are 2 drawers under the bunks available for storage. -The loft closet- has flooring and other items we might need for maintenance. -The shed behind the Villa- CAUTION- has landscaping tools and bug sprays.
