The space The large, airy, and cozy apartment has three bedrooms, two of which have queen beds, and a nightstand with outlets for convenient smart device charging. Full closet with hanger and plenty of room for clothes. The other bedroom has a complete and twin beds, also with a nightstand and lamps, full closet with hangers. The living room and dining room is open dining room has tables and chairs for 6. The living room has a 65” TV, a full couch with side tables, plenty of windows for natural light, and an enclosed front porch with plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Central heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is spacious with a dining table, toaster oven, coffee, tea, and latte maker, microwave, crockpot, complete knife set, whole cooking set pots and pans, stove with oven, a refrigerator, and a full-size pantry. Coffee ( regular & decaf), Tea, creamers, sugar, sweeteners, and bottled water are always in stock for our guests. The dining room has a table and six chairs. There is also a pool table/ game table & different games chess, Uno, Dominoes, and a poker set etc. The living room has wide open space, a sleeper sectional with a 65” wall-mounted TV with streaming service. There is WiFi throughout the apartment. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub. Free washer and dryer in the apartment and a propane grill with table and seating in the backyard. Guest access The entire second-floor apartment includes the front porch and backyard. Other things to note **ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT AND NO PARTIES **** No Parties or Pets. Unauthorized Events and pets will accrue an additional $399 fee. Smoking in the appointment will accrue an additional $449 Sanitizing and deodorizing payment *** We are ok with a SMALL get-together, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Unauthorized parties or events will lead to the reservation cancellation without any refund and an additional fee of $399. The authority will be notified to remove guests and participants from the property. Late check-out is available by request only. The host or Co-host must approve the request. Late checkout must be requested at the time of reservation or at the latest 24 hours before checkout. Guests who do not receive approval for a late checkout and check out past the 11 am checkout time will be subject to an extra charge of $99 per hour. *** Under no circumstances should guests or company tamper with or deactivate any of the safety or security devices in the apartment or on the property; doing so will cause cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property. There will be an additional $20 charge per guest per night for guest that was not on the original reservation. This property is equipped with cameras for security purposes. Cameras are in the lobby and common hallways, stairs, and around the exterior of the building. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE APARTMENT, ONLY IN THE LOBBY AND COMMON AREAS. There’s a total of 5 cameras. Two are located at the building entrance, one in the front and one in the back entrance. The other two are located in the lobby and common area stairs of the building, one on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor common areas. There is also one in the backyard above the basement door pointing to the yard. Cameras are on and recording 24/7 during your reservation. This property is also equipped with a device that monitors noise levels located in the common area (living room/dining room but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud to ensure all of our guests have a pleasant stay, and our neighbors are not disturbed! This device is on 24/7 during your reservation.
