It is not possible for non-Vietnamese Guests to register themselves. Vietnamese with dual passports can also do this with their non-Vietnamese passports. Guests who are Vietnamese citizens must register themselves as Guests via the VNeID mobile application. Vietnamese citizens cannot be registered by Elevate, but those without the VNeID mobile application can be registered by friends or family. These requirements extend to Guests visiting the property but not staying overnight. Any such information shared with Elevate for registration will not be used for any other purpose. Guests who do not comply with registration requirements may incur fines up to đ5,500,000 per unregistered Guest on the property in the event of a random police check.
