The milky way is frequently on display and the Fall colors are spectacular. There is also a screened in porch with a ceiling fan to sit and listen to the rain falling. The main level has two large bedrooms, each with their own spacious bathroom. The bedrooms are all outfitted with new queen-sized memory foam beds and luxury bedding. The primary bedroom has a shower and a separate whirlpool tub, while the second has a tiled shower. Upstairs there is dedicated workspace in the sunny loft, with a leather couch for reading or napping, as well as an electronic keyboard. There is also plenty of space to spread out of for yoga or other activities. Reliable fiber optic internet service is available for your use. Downstairs, there is a bar with mini-fridge, a new, full-size air hockey table, and leather couches for watching the 75- inch TV equipped for use with your favorite apps. Keep cozy with the pellet-stove. A "starter set" of paper products will be available at the house including a roll of toilet paper per bath, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, etc. Wood pellets for the pellet stove may be purchased with a week's notice. The house is located within 20 minutes of both Nellysford and Lovingston, with outdoor activities at Wintergreen, Crabtree Falls, and the 151 "Brew Trail" nearby. There is frequent wildlife seen from the house, including deer, foxes, and bears. Guest access There is a guest house on the property that is near the main house that is not included in the rental. It may be used by the owner on occasion but your privacy will be respected. Other things to note Up to 2 pets are welcome but when outside should be kept on leash due to bears and other wildlife. Pets should not be left unattended outside. There is no trash pickup in the area but a trash drop-off station is conveniently located a mile away.
