The space This listing is for 16 guests maximum during the day & night. If you are looking to book an event, an event contract may be bundled with overnight bookings. Events are not booked through this platform. The bedrooms are spaced out upstairs, 3 of them have their own bathrooms with standup showers, all bedrooms have large closets. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway upstairs and a half bath in the game room. Three beds are king sized and there is one full sized bed. There is an additional room with bunk beds, twin beds, and double beds. There are two half baths downstairs, one is located in the theater room. *NO ELEVATOR* There are five steps to enter the first floor, and an entire staircase to access the bedrooms. There is an additional $50 charge per day for hot tub gas heating. There is an outdoor kitchen with ample coverage in case of rain and areas for seating and relaxing by the pool. The indoor kitchen has two sinks, ice machine, 2 dishwashers, coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, & large refrigerator. There is plenty of room to cook and entertain! There is also an ice machine in the theater room. There are two indoor dining room tables and chairs. The wine cellar is permitted for caterers only. Kayaks, canoes, & a paddle boat are available for lake activities. Guest access Any doors that are locked are not permitted for guest use. Other things to note We are family oriented and welcome all family members. Children must be supervised at all times, as it is not a child proof home. They are never permitted in or around the pools without an adult. No swimming in lake permitted. Only kayaking and canoeing. Hot tub heating is an additional $50 per day (gas heat). Please let us know if you do not want it heated during any days of your stay. Groundskeeper is on site 5 days per week Monday through Friday 7am-3pm and pool maintenance is once per week, usually Wednesday or Thursday mornings. There are geese & ducks on the property. They keep to themselves, please do not bother them or any wild life seen on the property.
