Chess & Checkers game table. • Water & ice dispenser, microwave, & luggage storage room. • Chimera Coffee shop located on ground floor of the building • Free guest laundry room Guest access We don't mind early check in or late check outs when it is possible. Just ask and we will try to help out. Other things to note PARKING & TRANSIT There is NO onsite parking. Free street parking from 5pm - 8am Mon-Fri, and weekends. If it snows and they are plowing there is no overnight parking on the street and you will be towed. So then it's best to park at Pickering Square Garage or one of the other local parking garages-more info below. Pickering Square Garage regular parking hours: Pickering Square Garage @ 100 Broad St. About a 2-3 minute walk. It's $6 a day. Limited hours of availability. The garage is CLOSED on SUNDAY and you will not be able to exit or enter. Mon-Wed 6:00am - 9:00pm Thu-Fri 6:00am - 1:00am Sat 8:00am - 1:00am Sun CLOSED Availability and pricing will vary for EVENTS/CONCERTS so inquire at garage. THE GARAGE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY. IF YOU NEED TO ACCESS YOUR CAR OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGES REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS BE SURE TO UTILIZE ONE OF THESE OTHER PARKING OPTIONS BELOW: There are three municipal parking lots downtown where vehicles may be parked overnight free of charge every day of the week. These 2 options are the closest: ○ THE LOWER LEVEL of the PICKERING SQAURE GARAGE on the Kenduskeag Plaza side(CANAL SIDE) from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. There is no gate and spots are marked "Permit Only 8-5". ○ The lower level of the Hammond Street Parking Lot from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. Spaces are marked "Permit Only 8-5".(entrance on Hammond Street at the corner of Central Street) Behind the Umami Noodle Bar *just across the street and to the right of our building* On SATURDAY & SUNDAY this garage remains open all day for free parking. ** SNOW**IF YOU NEED TO ACCESS YOUR CAR OUTSIDE OF REGULAR GARAGE HOURS THE 2 LOTS ABOVE EXTEND THEIR FREE EVENING “PERMIT ONLY 8-5” PARKING OPTION TO 24/7 WHILE SNOW EMERGENCY CONDITIONS PERSIST.
