It is centrally located downtown, above the shopping district and restaurants so I would expect to see/hear some hustle and bustle during weekend days but relatively quiet otherwise. Many of the second-floor of buildings downtown Ferndale are residential units, though there are commercial business's downtown, the lofts feel very home-y. Downtown Ferndale is still a relatively quiet location especially during late night/week day hours for sleeping purposes! If you are looking to explore all that Ferndale has to offer by foot quite literally an unbeatable walking-distance location. Space includes a living room, featuring smart TV/board games.
