The kitchen is fully equipped with a double stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, and gas cooktop. It is air-conditioned with a split system and opens to a large entertaining area that provides stunning canal views. There are two available bedrooms for your stay. The master bedroom is roomy and includes a walk-in robe and ensuite with a corner spa, shower, vanity, and toilet. Bedroom 2 has water views and a balcony area. Upstairs, there is a separate lounge room and bar, perfect for enjoying drinks while watching the sunset. Other features of the property include a gated front area, double garage, side access, and a prime location - just a 5-minute drive to the Mandurah Foreshore, Halls Head Shopping Precinct, and other amenities. All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable. On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts. Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds.
