We are only a 5-minute drive away from Bethany Beach, making our home a perfect place to unwind after a fun day at the beach. Enter the main first floor area where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful dining area and a well designed living space embodying modern coastal vibes. The kitchen is generously stacked allowing you to entertain the whole family. The dining room opens to the back patio with a comfortable seating area and stunning sunset views over a man-made pond. You will spot local nature including cranes and other local birds. Let's make our way to the bedrooms! This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, giving you plenty of space to feel at ease. Each bedroom is equipped with everything you need for a good night's sleep, including brand new furniture and super cozy memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom, located on the west side of the home where you can enjoy stunning sunsets, features a king-sized bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The flex room is equipped with a big screen TV and a double futon sofa, providing a great space to unwind and relax. You can read a book and enjoy the view outside while sipping on a cup of tea, or play board games or video games with your family and friends. The "kids corner" bedroom has one twin bed and pyramid bunk beds with one twin and one queen/full sized, making it ideal for a fun kids' sleepover. On the east side of the house, there is another bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed and neutral, coastal tones, creating a peaceful atmosphere. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Finally, our backyard is the perfect space for kids to run around and play while you grill delicious meals on our 4 burner Master Forge gas grill or relax on the patio furniture. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and stays open until around October. The beach shuttle runs from Friday-Sunday (including Monday holidays). The club room has a full service gym, steam room, sauna, massage upon request (for a paid fee) and classes as well! Outside, there is a basketball court, tennis and pickle-ball. There are plenty of social events during the year. Feel free to bring your additional bikes (2 bikes are provided) and enjoy the community and local trails. Make sure to check out all the wonderful restaurants as well. There is a resort fee of $38 per person for the week to use the amenities for 7 day rentals only (ages 6 and under are free) . Payment must be rendered directly at the Clubhouse by credit card upon arrival. STAYS UNDER 7 DAYS ARE OKAY, HOWEVER, NO AMENITY ACCESS WILL BE AVAILABLE. Feel free to message us with any questions! Guest access You'll have complete access to the house, including the garage, which is equipped with beach amenities. The house also features a private front porch and spacious backyard patio complete with a BBQ gas grill and beautiful furnishings, making it the perfect space for connecting with family and friends. Note that the owner's closet near the utility closet will be locked. Other things to note Paper products, toiletries, and soaps are NOT provided. You must bring them with you or you may rent them from our cleaning company. We recommend Gale Force Rentals. They are reasonable, very convenient and will deliver.
