Our thoughtful touches––like a ceiling fan, blackout shades, a vanity/desk, dresser, closet with hangers, and luggage racks—are meticulously provided for your comfort and convenience. The small-but-mighty kitchen is fully stocked for quick bites or shared meals. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Smart TV for streaming (BYO account logins), an array of board games, and an Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speaker to set the mood. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi. Discover the bathroom with a stall shower, complete with towels, a full-length mirror, hair dryers, and an iron/ironing board. Canine companions are more than welcome—bring up to 2 potty-trained, well-behaved dogs for a fee of $25 per night per dog. (Collected via the Resolution Center after booking. There is another rental below this one, and is rented separately. While it's possible that sound may carry between levels of the home, we ask all guests to ensure moderate noise levels out of mutual respect and consideration. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note — RATE NOTES — Our nightly rate covers 2 guests or less. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee.
