This house is in a very friendly neighborhood. We don’t have side walks so everyone walks their pets in the street. You have many places with in walking distance of the house. If you bring a service animal I will need to see documentation that the pet is trained to be a service animal. The space This is a 4 level home It’s large areas, so large groups can gather in one place along with 4 floors to put distance when needed. Jacuzzi tub in Master bathroom and fireplace in master bedroom and in the lower level family room to relax with. No food or drink allowed on the 3rd or 4th floors. Guest access You have access to the whole house Attached garage hold 2 cars. Drive way can hold 4 more cars if more space is needed there is a back driveway that can hold up to 8 more cars Other things to note Please note only guests registered for the stay are allowed on property and pool area. No jumping off ladder or diving into pool. If you would like to host additional guests for a day or over night please share the details so we can come to an agreed plan to manage your situation. If found with unapproved guests you will be subject to the penalty fee.
