Want to get away? This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house will let you or a group of you get away! This house is located off of Main Street in Wells, NY. With the lake steps away. During the winter months the basement (2 of the 5 bedrooms) have low heating conditions and we cannot accommodate more than six people comfortably unless you like the cold for sleeping and are more then welcome to the space! The space The house address is 1341c Main Street Wells NY, also known as route 30. Guest access Fire pit and Grill for outdoor entertainment. If there is snow the fire pit is not available. Please bring your own propane. We cannot guarantee propane will be left over from the previous rental. Please plan accordingly Please bring your own firewood. None is provided. Verizon wireless is the only cell service in Wells. Others may have small areas of service but not likely. The house does not have internet.
