Cozy and quiet is this adorable stand alone home in Santa Margarita. **There is no longer a gas "stove" in the kitchen** We have substituted a new Air Fryer, two burner gas stove top and a large electric skillet. "Margarita" is conveniently located in the middle of our fabulous San Luis Obispo County wine country. Just 10 minutes to San Luis Obispo on the South bound HWY 101 and 20 minutes to Paso Robles on North bound HWY 101. This home is very close to town and a wonderful place for walking. In town, you will find Ancient Peaks wine tasting and across the street is Santa Margarita Adventures for Zip lining and tours. I do my best to keep my house extremely clean and well maintained and very well equipped I personally make sure that all all linens are in top condition for your comfort.
