HELENE UPDATE: Volunteers/displaced msg me for discount! Come relax and cozy up with a book at our unique home in South Asheville. We have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom ready to host 1 or 2 travelers. You are welcome to use shared spaces - our screened-in porch and connected outdoor dining area. It truly feels like you are in a treehouse when sitting out there. Note: We live upstairs with 2 dogs & a cat. Some noise may travel through the floor but we do our best to be quiet from 9pm-7am. The space Downstairs bedroom with comfy queen bed. Bathroom with shower. Guest access Entranceway, bedroom, front screened-in porch and dining area, backyard, fire pit area, and back deck. During your stay I love providing food/beverage and activity recommendations. If you have something specific in mind, please ask! Happy to chat or provide total privacy, whatever the guest prefers! Other things to note PLEASE READ: The shower does have hot water - if you are not getting hot water please turn the handle the other way! Location: We are approximately 10 minutes from the airport, 13 minutes to Biltmore Village, and 20 minutes to downtown Asheville, West Asheville, or the River Arts District (without traffic).
