Located in the historic center and featuring a terrace overlooking the neighborhood, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable, extended stay. Your home away from home, while you spend time getting to know Valencia! We currently rent our apartment for a minimum of one month at a time. The space This is our private apartment, which we rent out to visitors for about half of the year. We spend a lot of time traveling the world, and enjoy welcoming people into our home when we're not using it. Our apartment is very central, with a great terrace overlooking rooftops and church towers. Because we also live here ourselves, it's not a typical vacation rental but setup for comfortable, long-term stays, and is especially suitable for remote workers. Close to markets, including the fabulous Mercado Central, restaurants, shopping, and everything else this incredible city has to offer. Guest access The apartment measures 72m², plus a 9m² terrace. We do keep a small room locked, as storage for our clothes and personal effects, but this is the only inaccessible part of the apartment. Other things to note This isn't just a normal vacation rental, but our private home. We have high-quality appliances in the kitchen, a comfy bed, a nice big TV, a record player, and a game system, because these are the things we want for ourselves.
