We have a dining table for 12, a 65" Amazon fire TV in the living room w/gas fireplace and a 55" TV in the den. Full game room downstairs has a Pool table, Foosball table, Ping-Pong table, board games & a kids playroom! This fully stocked home is just a 3 minute walk to the pool, beach lake, and clubhouse. The space Spacious and airy. Lots of light. Backyard deck with dining table for 8. A Weber propane, BBQ Grill. Outdoor utensils and dinnerware set for outdoor dining. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom one- 1 king size Bedroom two-1 queen size Bedroom three-2 sets twin size bunk beds. Bedroom four- 2 full size beds. Main floor Den- 2 pull-out sofa beds. One high-chair is available, child booster chair, steps tools, 2 baby safety gates, Pack-n-Play, kids bed bumpers, toys, books, are all available and included. We are located in the charming private community of Towamensing Trails Development & will need to submit some information to the community. We will provide you with parking tags, trash passes and 8 bracelets for "All access" community amenities. The outdoor pool, lake-beach, pedal boats, volleyball court, basketball courts, tennis/pickle ball courts are all open between Memorial Day & Labor Day - availability subject to change without notice for health/safety reasons. The 190 acre lake is stocked yearly with Bass and Trout. PA Fishing License required to all over 16yrs of age. Catch and release policy currently in affect. PET policy. We now allow dogs only. One dog per stay. Must be under 15 pounds. Well trained. $100 fee. Must be a hypoallergenic dog that does not shed. MUST be at least 25 years of age to book your stay and MUST be present for the duration of the stay. Guest access Guests have All access to this spacious vacation home. Plenty of garage storage for your bicycles, ski's, etc. We Provide a beach wagon located in the garage for easy travels to the beach and pool. This is our family home where we come with our children to enjoy some nature and relaxation. We hope you treat it kindly and enjoy it as we do. Car passes MUST be displayed on the dashboard for parking. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO OUTDOOR FIRES or FIREWORKS: fines up to $1000/occurrence. Quiet hours in the community are 11pm-8am. All of this is monitored by security and neighbors and is strictly enforced. MUST be at least 25 years of age to book your stay and MUST be present for the duration of the stay. Other things to note Please be mindful that our check-in time is at 11:00 AM and check-out time is at 1:00 PM, earlier check-in or later check-out may be available based on availability. The development only provides 8 renter wristbands for the lake/community pool areas and Does Not offer the option to purchase more. Children 5 years old and under are not required to wear a wristband. Renters over the age of 5 years Must wear wristbands while utilizing the amenities. We DO NOT allow parties. MUST be at least 25 years of age to book your stay and MUST be present for the duration of the stay.
