Other things to note +EASY to maneuver roads; no steep hills. +EXCELLENT LOCATION: 3 Miles to Soaky Mountain, 3 miles to Convention Center, 7 miles to Dollywood! +7 minutes to shopping & grocery stores +Park style grill: please bring your own lighter fluid and charcoal. We do have grilling utensils. Please note that the pool is heated to a temp of 84-86 degrees and the pool room temp is set to 82-84 degrees depending on the time of year. Do not expect it to feel like a hot tub that is over 100 degrees. The pool is just warm enough where you can swim all year. These are the optimal settings to keep everything working properly. We please ask that you don’t tamper with the pool heat or pool room temp. We do have it closely monitored by our pool company. You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad. Bears/Wildlife: Please note that the house is located in the mountains and there are many bears that live close by. PLEASE always lock your car doors and the front door to the house. Bears do know how to open the doors. NEVER leave food or trash outside as it will attract bears. Please always put trash in the bear bins. Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time. We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap. We also have shampoo, conditioner & body wash in every shower. Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar. Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We provide one spa/pool towel per person. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry. Parking: There is parking for 3-4 cars in front of our home depending on the size of the car. The HOA does not allow parking on the street. Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or unplug it. Trash: Please put all trash in the bear proof trash bins. Please do NOT leave any trash outside that is not in the bins as it will attract bears. Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Please remember we are in the mountains so you might see bugs during your stay. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM SHARP. Our cleaning team has to clean multiple cabins in a day so we want to be respectful of their time. There will be a $50 late fee for every 15 min past check-out time.
