Welcome to our home in the heart of Atlanta's Sylvan Hills neighborhood! The house features everything you need for a relaxing getaway or work trip, while also providing a quiet space that's perfect for unwinding after a long day. With Wifi, FireTV, Coffee, Washer/Dryer w/detergent and dryer sheets, Blow Dryer, Games, Iron/Ironing Board, Large front yard, Back deck, and a Full kitchen for cooking your own meals...everything you'd expect from a hotel...but much more! We can't wait to host you! The space Guests have access to the top floor of the property (two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room), the front yard and the back deck. The bottom floor and backyard/driveway of the property is a separate unit and could potentially have guests during your stay. This is the owner's personal home. The owner lives on the top floor and rents the bottom floor out full time as a short term rental. There are three bedrooms upstairs but one of the rooms is used for storage and will be locked away. Please treat the home as you would your own! Guest access You'll have access to the entire upstairs home. There is a downstairs apartment that is separate and may be occupied by other guests.
