Farmers Market Rustic Wheelhouse Lego land Castle Fun Center Movie theater Apple picking,winery The space Hi and welcome to a one level cozy cottage that feels like your at home with nana and her baked apple pie, country themed & no stairs to lug your bags!It’s a pretty spacious cottage although we do offer the space for families with children & have many family board games, & some children’s toys & activities , but we would like to emphasize that we are kid friendly, but not completely childproof or/& do not carry Most infant /toddler necessities. At this time we currently do have a pack ‘n play ,booster seat, child lock cabinets .& dinnerware, handicap accessible. We live right next-door to the cottage in separate house We are very close to playgrounds as well. The cottage is only fit for only one small dog during each stay. Absolutely no cats for allergy reasons of other guests Please be advised that we have our own dog as well on the property. She is up to date with all her shots she’s 11 years old. She’s very friendly, but she may bark for attention she stays in mostly with us and is never loose outside,. She is a Black Lab Medium size she is not aggressive & is very friendly ,but we keep her in when guests are here. You are going to be staying in a rural area across from farms ,You will be staying in a neighborhood where people live and own dogs That are kept in their areas, but they do bark sometimes & Everybody is very friendly around here and we all seem to live. Harmoniously near each other, Anyone who lives in this area loves this part of Chester because of the beautiful views and the Farm country and close to most everything,It’s a very laid-back area where a nice community of people live. Please remember that since you are going to be staying in a RURAL area so you may encounter nature of all sorts,birds bees ,chipmunks ,etc Guest access You will have full access to this cottage during your reserved stay we provide parking for one car only but ,we can be flexible in that area and accommodate for two There is outdoor seating in front of the cottage ,please feel free to sit in the front yard as well but also respect our gardens and wildlife by not disturbing either or,no cutting flowers etc. Please clean up after your pet by disposing of waste in outside all green garbage can and do not let your pet use the potty in the gardens, Please only on designated grass area which is to left front side of cottage. Please note **that our back yard is completely private to us For our families use only ****** ****Willing to rent for longer term to traveling nurses only, must provide credentials please send inquiry***** Other things to note Please note : There is no cable tv, but We have streaming with fire TV in the bedrooms & living room , Some apps are downloaded for free streaming such as Pluto where you can watch many things ,news,movies etc. and other paying apps, are downloaded such as Netflix, Hulu ,HBO ****you must sign in with your own account on these****remember to sign out at the end of your stay,we will sign you out if you forget. There is also a DVD player and some DVDs for your enjoyment to use We also have a CD player in the living room with CDs for your listening enjoyment as well
