Whether you are planning a family vacation or getting everyone together for some Hokie football, this space has it all. The space The main house has three bedrooms and additional bunk bed with trundle. The "Sauna" area is separate from main house with two queen beds. The "Loft" is also separate with one queen bed and fold out single sleeper. ***Part of the house is still under construction but will not disturb your stay*** Other things to note There is Wi-Fi but still slow. This is great if wanting to unplug. 🏡Treat It Like Family: Be a thoughtful guest—imagine it’s your favorite aunt and uncle’s place. Clean up after yourself and leave things as you found them. No Shenanigans: Keep it cool – no drugs, illegal activities, unaccounted for guests, or parties. Breaking these rules could result in your reservation being terminated without a refund. Let’s not part ways on bad terms. First offense we will notify you and second you will be asked to leave. 🚭 No Smoking: If you need to puff, do it outside. No smoking or vaping indoors. Please also don’t toss cigarette buds in yard—that’s annoying. Neighborly Vibes: WE LOVE OUR NEIGHBORS AND THINK OF THEM LIKE FAMILY. Be respectful and keep noise down after dark. This is not a party house but a place to come relax and enjoy some peaceful lake vibes. Also if something comes up like you forgot something (gas can, cup of sugar, flat tire) please text/call us and don't bother the neighbors. This is our rodeo and can be there in a jiffy 🤠 Furry Friends: We love fur babies but with the number of guest we accept plus having animals, it adds to a lot of wear and tear on the house. For 2025 new bookings we no longer allow pets. Y'all we will know! Please, leave them with a friend or family member so we don't have to have an awkward conversation. It's weird for me and you! Age of Guests: The primary guest (the one who books) must be 21+, stay the whole time, and be responsible for the group and the home. Festive Décor: Planning to hang decorations? Wall-saver tape is required and all décor must be removed prior to check-out. Any damages to walls, ceilings, or paint will be charged to the guest. NO GLITTER ANYTHING…Its awful, YUCK! Keep Us in the Loop: Accidents happen. Inform us about any breakages or damage so we can address them promptly. We appreciate your honesty. Appliances and Repairs: We’ll tackle household equipment issues as quickly as possible. Amenities- We do provide shampoo/conditioner/toilet paper/paper towels but once out then it is guest responsibility to get what they need for trip duration. Liability Matters: We’re not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or the loss of valuables on the premises. Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property and take on all liability and expenses to repair or replace things broken. No Confetti or Glitter: Refer to décor policy.
