The space Resting Rock Rooms is a boutique hotel shared with the hosts, Cobalt and Hope. Three guestrooms are located upstairs, common areas downstairs. Our recently renovated 1931 home in historic Lookout Mtn, GA mixes vintage charm with modern touches, adding to the magic of the Fairyland Neighborhood. We've set up common areas inside & out for guests to use. The dining room includes a microwave, electric kettle, Keurig and a selection of teas and coffee. The living room includes soft, velvet couches to relax, read a book, put together a puzzle, play a board game or work remote. The outdoor patios include firepits and places to sit and observe the birds, chipmunks, rabbits, squirrels and garden views. (There's even a scavenger hunt of rock faces!) The upstairs office includes yoga mats and a large table to setup remote work. We welcome our guests to explore the spaces. We live downstairs and will be around during your stay to answer questions and assist as needed. *If you are interesting in booking multiple rooms, feel free to reach out to us for availability. Guest access We have 1 parking space available for you at the back of the driveway. *Parking is limited to 1 mid-size OR compact vehicle - no trucks, trailers and RVs - no exceptions!* Guests enter at front door with personal access code provided at time of booking. We live downstairs and will be available if you need anything during your stay. We enjoy getting to know our guests but will stay out of the way when you want to rest. Other things to note **No cleaning fee!** Due to shared spaces, kids under 5 years and pets are not allowed. There are four steps to the front door; guestrooms are located on the second story, up one flight of stairs. We are in *Eastern Time zone. We do not serve food nor is there a kitchen available. But the common dining room is available to all guests and includes a mini fridge with cold drinks, a coffee bar with a Keurig, electric teapot & a selection of teas and oatmeal, and a microwave.
