Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, secluded lodge nestled on 250 acres of Maine woods. The lodge is completely surrounded by woods and a 300 yard walk from Lake Anasagunticook with dock and small craft launching. Two bedrooms-king bed with en suite bathroom and queen with hall bathroom. The loft has 2 bunk beds with full size bottom mattresses, sofa, TV and plenty of room for kids to spread out. Canoe, Kayaks and paddle boat for your use on the lake. Beach side fire pit and canopy. The space Our lodge was built in 2022 to accommodate our large extended family. No expenses were spared as this has all the comforts of home. We have availability throughout May to October. The main floor has a spacious open floor plan with a large great room with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The kitchen has plenty of counter space with gas stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and dining table that seats 8-10 comfortably. French doors open to a large covered deck with a grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. Two large bedrooms with a King bed/en suite bathroom, Queen bed with full bathroom in hallway. Washer and dryer in hallway. The second floor loft area looks over the great room below with cathedral ceilings. Two bunk beds with full size bottom mattresses that will sleep 6 kids comfortably. There is also a sofa and extra mattress that could be utilized. Large flat screen TV makes this an ideal hangout for kids. The walkout basement is used for Host's storage only. The lodge is surrounded by trees for privacy but is only about 100 yards from the lake and the Host's cabin. The Host is always there for any questions or concerns. The lodge has a well with plenty of great tasting water and a large capacity septic system. The lakefront has a small beach with a dock and launching area for small watercraft. A paddleboat, canoe and several kayaks are available for use along with assortment of lifejackets for all ages. There is a picnic table, canopy and fire pit with fire wood for your campfires. Guest access You will have use of the whole house except the basement that is used for host's storage. Plenty of trails available for hiking, beach & dock for swimming and small watercraft launching. Other things to note Pet fee is $50 per pet maximum of 2 dogs. Please advise host of breed before booking.
