The location is perfect for quiet vacations yet a short drive to water park, aquarium, Tanger outlets, wineries, golf courses, farms etc. Our new construction house has been carefully crafted to the highest of standards and has stunning water views from every angle. The loft room provides a great space for family enjoyment. The private dock has water and electric and 2 person kayak is available. Private beach just steps away from the house makes this the perfect East End Escape. The space My husband and I designed and built this house to make it a perfect vacation spot. We are Polish and chose to put some European touches to our design. All the windows, doors, tiles etc. came from Poland. We are located on the South Fork of Long Island, short drive from the Hamptons and very close to the North Fork where all the wineries and farms are. Riverhead is just a short drive away where you can enjoy shopping, dining, visit local breweries and bars. Ocean beaches are about 15 minutes drive. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, small private beach and boat dock. Other things to note We have a 2 person kayak and beach chairs available for use.
