The space The house is approximately 1750 sq.ft with two floors. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a trundle bed. Final bedroom is downstairs with French doors and a private entrance to beach with full size sofa bed. The bathroom downstairs has a shower, sink and washer/dryer. The bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower. There are two living spaces on each floor- both include a gorgeous electric fireplace and flatscreen TV plus comfy couches. There is a large deck with lots of seating and a grill. If you prefer shade, you can relax on the patio. The private, sandy beach includes a fire-pit and dock. The property is located on a dead-end road for maximum privacy. The water is located in a small cove with clean, fairly shallow swimming area. Guest access You can access all non-motorized water toys in the shed as well as cushions and umbrellas etc.
