The cabin sits on 15 acres of wilderness for the truly adventurous. Please feel free to roam, but there are no marked trails. Please respect our neighbors and do not explore past the posted signs. Other things to note When you book Casa Lobo you are booking a home in the country and you are surrounded by nature and wildlife. This setting will make it likely that you will see a variety of wildlife on the property. Please do not attempt to feed or attract any wildlife you may encounter. The home is meticulously maintained and treated to ensure that pests are not part of the listing. Please be mindful and close doors as you leave the home and use the deck. Please remember however you are surrounded by nature and wildlife: Interactions with spiders, ants, bees, mosquitos, and other flies and critters may be unavoidable. HOT TUB NOTICES: We are dedicated to ensuring a top-notch hot tub experience for all our guests. Our hot tub is meticulously cleaned and sanitized every week. While we do our best to schedule maintenance when the home is unoccupied, there may be rare occasions when service is required during your stay. We greatly appreciate your understanding and will do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience. By using the hot tub you do so at your own risk. The homeowner assumes no responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while using the hot tub. It is your responsibility to ensure your own safety and the safety of others. Please follow all safety guidelines and use the hot tub responsibly. Detailed instructions for hot tub care and usage are provided in the guidebook you receive shortly before check-in. WINTER NOTICE: Our property is located on a town-maintained road, and we make every effort to promptly clear snow from the parking areas and pathways. However, due to the nature of the gravel driveway, some snow and ice may remain even after removal. Please exercise caution when walking or driving. Additionally, while the roads leading to Casa Lobo are maintained by the town and typically cleared shortly after snowfall, it’s important to be confident in both your vehicle’s capability and your ability to navigate mountain roads during winter months. Stay safe and drive carefully.
