This unique house is a reverse floorplan with the Kitchen, Dining, Living and Master on the second floor where you feel you are in an adult treehouse. Enjoy the beautiful trees and fresh air from either the front wrap around balcony, back balcony while you eat and watch the golfers or bbqing and relaxing on the downstairs patio. Other things to note There is an additional fee that the country club charges for access to the pool, restaurant and golf course. For a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children $100 for 3 days, $150 for 4-7 days.
