Tucked away on a hillside not far from Dahlonega in a private subdivision, this dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) retreat has beautiful views of nature and the small lake below, and is perfect for family retreats to the mountains. The cabin boasts over 2,800 sf of deck and porch space, a six-person hot tub, ping pong table, and direct access to the small lake on the property. There is also a pavilion picnic area in the subdivision, which is a shared amenity. The space This listing is only for the main floor and loft: 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The lower level has an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but will be locked off and not rented during your stay. Everything listed and pictured in the listing is available to you. The master bedroom is on the main floor, just two steps into the house from the parking area. Another bedroom has two bunk beds: a twin-over-twin & a twin-over queen. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen bed and a small crib which has its own bathroom. A large wraparound porch with a grill is off the main floor and downstairs is the six-person hot tub and ping pong table. The backyard has a fire pit (firewood not provided) and a walking trail that leads down to the lake. This cabin is located in a gated community and the code will be provided prior to stay. You will NOT be able turn around in the parking area. - The property is located at the end of a single lane, paved road with pullovers that is steep in places. - Don't mail anything to yourself at this address as there is no access to the mailbox. Important things to know: • Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $60 plus tax for the first dog, and $60 plus tax for each additional dog. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. • This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. We provide both types of coffee. • We don't provide firewood but it can be purchased at any local gas station or grocery store • The gas fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1. • We have a propane grill, and we provide propane. • Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour.
