The interior features modern finishes, including granite kitchen countertops and quartzite bathrooms. The private patio, facing Southwest with a partial ocean view, is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or to enjoy a beverage at sunset (smoking is only allowed on your private balcony when all the sliding doors closed). Oceanfront dining at Karen's Beachfront restaurant is just 3.5 blocks away. Savor mouthwatering tacos at Tacos Al Pastor El Fogoncito, a mere 2.5 blocks away. Indulge in the culinary delights at the municipal market just 1.5 blocks away, offering affordable food options. Take advantage of the proximity to convenience stores, a large grocery store, and the bus stop for easy access to Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, and Punta Mita. Additionally, you'll find the CMQ hospital and Santander bank with an ATM just 2 blocks away. We love this location for the proximity to everything great and the friendly local culture. However it is important to note that this is Mexico and our neighborhood has all the authentic charm, but you will hear dogs, roosters, kids playing, and motorcycles as they go by. Our neighbor grows his own crop of cactus, papaya, corn, banana and various fruit trees. A few blocks away kids play soccer on Sunday mornings. We are accustomed to the ambient sounds but we feel it is worth mentioning if you are not familiar with Bucerias or are new to the area.
