Welcome to outdoor paradise + game day retreat! Brooks Farm is a modern day farmhouse built in 2015 that sits on 15 acres of forest, fields and a fishing pond. Our property has been in our family for more than 100 years, and our children are the 5th family generation to live on the land. MAIN HOUSE DETAILS The main house has 3 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom, as well as two living areas. The ensuite bathrooms of each bedroom make sharing this home with couples, or more than one family ideal. The close proximity to Dodson Farms also makes our location perfect for wedding attendees getting ready for the special day! The first living area is a large room that has shiplap walls, pine floors and a tin ceiling. The room serves multiple functions including a dining area, a storage area with lockers, an office area, and a seating area with a daybed. The daybed can be used for lounging and watching TV, as well as sleeping two guests when the trundle underneath is pulled out. The second living area is an open concept living room and kitchen that seats 4 at the kitchen counter. The laundry/pantry is off the kitchen. • Fully equipped kitchen includes: - Coffee maker - Toaster - Pots and pans, dishes, cups, glasses, flatware, cooking utensils - Full size refrigerator with ice maker - Full size convection oven and gas stove - Dishwasher - Microwave - Concrete countertops - Light fixtures salvaged from old barn • Dining table seats 4. • The master bedroom has a king size bed. Detergent provided for your use UPSTAIRS STUDIO DETAILS The studio guesthouse is an upstairs apartment detached from the main house. The main living area in the studio has a queen bed and twin bunks, a living area and the kitchen. The bunk is low for easier access and can accommodate kids, as well as adults.The studio offers plenty of room for four guests. The views of the woods and pond from the wall of windows are some of the best features of the place. We offer a grill and an outside covered dining area. • Back deck overlooks a huge yard, woods and a flower garden. If the dahlias are blooming, we invite you to grab a mason jar from the pantry to decorate the dining table. • A covered patio separates the main house from the guest house.
