Enjoy and relax :) The space This lovely home built back in 1956 & is covered by oak & pecan trees with a nice circle drive for plenty of parking. Once you enter your designated code to the home, you'll enter into the main living room area covered in new bamboo wood flooring, fireplace, HDTV's, & modern furniture! Next is the dining room with a double glass door view of the backyard and room enough for 6 guests at the table. (Can supply extra chairs if needed) Heading towards the main master suite you'll find 1950's features like an old telephone inset with light over head. Once you enter the main master suite you'll have a new queen memory foam bed to rest on, cedar lined closets, and your own master walk in shower! Back into the hallway there is the front (sunroom) bedroom with 2 twin beds & pull out trundle beds, vaulted ceiling, and of course cedar lined closet. This room is perfect for your kiddos or guests who like to wake with the sun! A newly installed ac window unit was placed to help cool down the house faster in the summertime. Next we'll go back across the dining room into our large fully stocked kitchen! In here, we've updated appliances with new stainless refrigerator, microwave, gas oven, and new stainless sink. New bead-board ceilings give it a unique feature! Also comes with plenty of cabinet space and dishwasher. You'll notice our sunroom next with all the windows facing the backyard. Across the kitchen you'll find the laundry area equipped with washer/ dryer and a locked closet where the gas water heater is. We do have carbon monoxide detectors located throughout the house especially where gas appliances are. Step down into the 2nd master suite with its own double doors facing the private driveway. Queen memory foam bed plus a recliner to relax in! You'll have access here to a large closet and a newly renovated bathroom, with new walk in shower! Going out to the backyard we're still in the process of zero-scaping it since the summers and drought here are quite extreme. We installed a new composite wood deck with new cedar railing to enjoy the rain showers when we do get them. The 2 sheds you see are storage for us so they are locked, the other is a small water-well house but please do not open it. BBQ Pit is available during the spring/ summer months and upon request the other times. Guest access Guests have full access to the home and both front/ backyards! Just note to not enter any area with locks! Other things to note If you have additional or special requests please let us know ahead of time so we can try and accommodate. A/c system is on a eco friendly smart thermostat as is the window unit in the middle bedroom. This helps the home conserve energy when needed.
