Coffee Bar: Keurig, assorted k-cups, hot tea maker, and vanilla & half/half creamer Enjoy your meal in the open dining space, which seats 4 and has a beautiful view of the waterfront, or sit at the kitchen bar on 3 comfy stools! You could always take your plates out on the porch area as well and enjoy the view! Living Space is ready with a comfy sectional & 3 cozy chairs with extra blankets. A 65" Smart TV so you can log into your own apps and enjoy! 1st Floor: Full Bath is a great location to shower and get ready for the day. A shower with tile to the ceiling is stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. There is no need to pack a hair dryer, and I’ve also added a basket of possibly forgotten toiletry items as needed. I have well-stocked towels and wash clothes with plenty of hooks to dry them. The office has a desk with a comfortable and adjustable chair, monitor, and printer. This room also has a futon that comfortably fits one person. The Second Floor has two spacious bedrooms, a laundry room, and a cozy workspace/sleeping area. The first bedroom upstairs has a comfy full-size bed and a set of equally comfy full-size bunk beds. Store your personal belongings in the closet with hangers. This room also has a 55" Smart TV. Walk out into the hall, and a designated work space is dual-purpose to get work done and also has a futon for lounging or sleeping. The Primary Bedroom provides a peaceful & calming experience when you walk in. The queen bed has side tables and reading lamps to encourage some late evening reading. Walk-in closet space with hangers & shelves to store your items and a 55" Smart TV. This room has a walk-out balcony with stunning views & cozy rocking chairs to relax in. We’ve also added a desk in front of the upper deck in case you want to take calls & meetings from your bedroom while overlooking the lake. To encourage fully disconnecting from a busy day, the bedroom is equipped with an electric fireplace & the master bath has a soaking tub to relax in. The master bath is also stocked with two robes, two sets of slippers, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, & calming bath salts for your needs. Also on the second floor is a laundry room with a new washer/dryer stocked with detergent pods and dryer sheets. We have provided a clothing steamer, iron & ironing board with plenty of counter space for folding clothes. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, deck and large backyard Other things to note Take full advantage of the water! We have a kayak in the garage and 2 inflatable 2-person kayaks, and two paddleboards available. The inflatable kayaks have a capacity limit of 400 lbs, and the extra-wide paddleboards have a capacity limit of 320 lbs. We have a power inflator so you won't need the manual pumps. Your safety is our priority, but please understand you accept full responsibility for using the kayaks or paddleboards, and we strongly encourage you to use life jackets. Rates: * $25/day for each kayak or paddleboard * $50/day for ALL (all-inclusive plan) * $100 for the entire stay Just let us know if you would like to use the water equipment during your stay. Please put the equipments back where they were when done using them, we would greatly appreciate it.
