The Bingham Estate, a perfect historic getaway exclusively designed for adults to relax and connect, is situated in the heart of historic downtown McKinney, offering a delightful mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Originally constructed in 1883, the property was acquired in late 2022 and restored to its former glory. The main house boasts four elegant en suites. Additionally, the property offers a refreshing pool and a pickleball court for some enjoyable outdoor recreation. The space Luxury historic stay for all to enjoy. Older Children are welcome, but please note it's a 140 year old house. Antiques and special treasures around the house are for enjoyment, but not considered toys. All bedrooms with en suites are located on the second floor: master and twin beds on one side and two queens on the other side. Each room is decorated in a special way to give homage to the past. Guest access Guests of the Bingham house are welcome to enjoy the brick courtyard and pool. Other things to note The Bingham Estate is truly a treasure to be enjoyed by all. Beautiful antiques and treasures fill the house along with exquisite wallpaper. We want you feel like you’re staying in an old plantation, but of course all the modern amenities! From top to bottom, we’ve restored the estate. Older children are welcome, but remember old houses are not like new ones! We must be gentle. Once you have reserved your nights, we’ll send over a contract with information and rules of the Estate for signing. Upon check-in, you’ll find a guidebook in the kitchen with all pertinent information. Downtown McKinney is our most favorite place to be. Message us for recommendations or activities during your stay!
