This is a non-smoking studio type cottage with a queen bed and futon. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, sink, double burner hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Kitchen essentials are provided. Bathroom towels and bedding are also provided. Cottage also has a grill, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. (SORRY, NO PETS. NO SMOKING, OR PARTIES ALLOWED. $400 fine) Chassell beach is two blocks away, and hiking trails are 1 block. MTU is a 10 minute drive. The space This is a "studio type" cottage that is located on US41 in Chassell, MI. Since the property is right next to the highway, guests should expect to hear some noise from cars. Cottage is approximately 320 square feet. The cottage is a 10 minute drive to Houghton, and to Michigan Tech University.. It is two blocks to the Chassell Bay boat launch/park, and one block from the hiking/ski trails in Chassell. Guest access There is ample parking next to the cottage. The hosts live right next to the property if guests have any issues or concerns. Cottage is walking distance to all Chassell has to offer. Other things to note Please remove shoes before entering carpeted area of cottage. Again, NO SMOKING, OR PETS ALLOWED IN COTTAGE. NO PARTIES ALLOWED! $400 fine for smoking, pets, or parties.
