The space Your rental is your own private home during your stay. Our shared property features include a seasonal heated saltwater pool, a shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, children's playground, campfire areas and a fishing pier. Additionally, we offer kayak, canoe & bike rentals, plus dockage if you bring your own boat. (Dockage must be reserved in advance.) This 2-bedroom/1-bath upper story apartment is essentially a home away from home. It includes custom cabinetry, a breakfast counter with 2 stools, a dining table with seating for 6, laminate flooring and knotty pine walls throughout, a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV & cable service and an electric fireplace for comfort and ambiance. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, a large dresser and large closet for your belongings. The second bedroom has a full sized bed and storage armoire. The shaded waterview decks includes a dining table and 4 chairs plus 2 rocking chairs. Also included are heat/air conditioning, and wireless internet access. This comfortable apartment is open on a year round basis – with discounted monthly rentals available in the off season. It is best suited for 4 people, but can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. Guest access This rental is reached by a few steps to the entry deck, then an interior flight of stairs, and is not wheelchair accessible Other things to note This home is fully equipped including cable & internet service, television, fireplace, central heat/air conditioning, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, toaster, cooking & eating utensils, gas barbeque grill, bed sheets, blankets & pillows and cleaning products. Guests are requested to bring bath & pool towels and personal toiletries. For your convenience your rental is setup in advance with a starter kit, which includes toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. We request that guests staying 3 nights or longer take care of their resupply needs; the starter kit will hold you over until you are able to get to the store for your groceries and supplies. (Note - our seasonal outdoor heated saltwater pool is open mid-May to mid-September.)
