This bright apartment is within walking distance of Downtown Mystic with lots of nearby food options food options. There are coastal access points nearby that are within 2 to 5 mins. There are trails across the street for a scenic hike. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and lots of boats including the Argia several times a day. We are 1 exit away from Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. Use Mystic Go App to see all that you can explore in this area. The space This is a studio apartment with a queen size bed which overlooks the Mystic River. The sounds of nature are heard all day long. There is a loveseat and two chairs that can be moved around to meet your individual needs. The kitchen has an island that seats 4 comfortably with room to eat, play games, or work from home if needed. We also offer two twin air mattresses if you would like additional room which is perfect for kids. You and guests will be extremely comfortable and only have to bring the clothes that you need. We have done all the work to provide anything that you might need. We are two hours north of New York and one and 1/2 hours south from Boston. We are one exit away from the Mystic Aquarium and the Mystic Seaport. We are about 1/2 hour from both local casinos. There are also great surfing beaches in Rhode Island that are about 1/2 hour away. Guest access The apartment offers parking on-site in front of the loft!!! The apartment is above the two-car garage. You have a private entrance and the whole loft is for you to enjoy. There is a grass area to the right of the loft that you are welcome to enjoy. We provide chairs for you to take outside. You have the whole loft to yourself. Quiet does not explain how quiet it is at night time. Other things to note There is a coffee roaster in the two-car garage below the studio apartment. This will not affect your stay. We roast several days during the week from 9 to 5. We also offer complimentary coffee once you arrive. You can enjoy your coffee as the sun rises or for your afternoon pick-me-up. You are also invited to come and see how we roast and we love to share the joy of coffee with you. The Amtrack is on the site but provides minimal interference. It runs about 8 times a day but is very fast so by the time you hear it is gone. We also have a full property generator so the weather will not affect your stay with the loss of power.
