Additionally, to maintain peace in the neighborhood, we've implemented noise monitoring devices both inside and outside the property to adhere to quiet hours. Note: From mid-October to mid-May (varies each season depending on the level of the lake and weather), the lake is drawn down, and the dock area, swim raft, and picnic table boat may not be available during these times.
