The space The Space: Guests will enter through the front door The main floor offers: Large Family Room w gas fireplace and Smart TV to log into your accounts Light filled Living room w gas fireplace (fireplaces available to use seasonally) Dining Room w seating for 8 plus additional leaves for the table and folding chairs available Spacious kitchen w all the essentials for cooking, drip coffee maker, desk area for a workspace Powder Room Laundry Room 2nd Floor Offers: Master Suite w King Bed, fireplace, en suite bath w soaking tub, toilet, shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. A reading nook overlooking the Living Room and a small outdoor balcony w table and 2 chairs 3 Bedrooms w Queen Beds 2nd full bath Additional bedroom w King bed and window seat. This bedroom is also accessible through the back stairway from the laundry room. It does not have a door at the laundry room but is still very private w a curtain. The stairway turns to the left halfway up so you can not see it from the laundry room. Guests are welcome to park cars in the garage. Outdoors: Private pool (2ft to 9ft) Back deck w patio table and chairs Pellet Grill Firepit swing set Guest access Guests are welcome to the home. Please keep out of the basement unless you need to check something for maintenance. The barn is off limits to guests. Do not go into the woods, Respect locked gates and doors. Other things to note **Guests must provide their own towels for the pool. Do Not take towels from the house out to the pool! Follow all pool rules! **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn/and or pool maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. **Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
