Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly homestead built by the owner's great-great-grandfather circa 1863. It's about an hour's drive from scenic Acadia National Park and all the quaint shops of Bar Harbor. Many other sites and attractions are just a country drive away. Each season holds its own beauty, but leaf-peepers will especially enjoy autumn at the homestead. Hunters should keep us in mind too. Nate and Nancy would love to meet you! The space We have two front doors. Please enter the door on the left. You may park in front of that door. Please do not park in the side yard where the other cars are parked. Look for the American flag and park there. This will give you the quickest and easiest access to your living and sleeping space. Head up the stairs and turn left to find room # 2. Please let us know if there’s anything you need. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Please feel free to relax in the living room on the ground level. We will give you the Wi-Fi password when you arrive. Mariaville has no amenities, so you will want to eat in Bangor or Ellsworth. Unfortunately, we do not offer kitchen privileges at this time, though we hope to in the future. There is an Airbnb fridge you can use. Just ask and we will show you. During your stay Please feel free to communicate with me through Airbnb anytime. Other things to note In August we have lots and lots of wild blackberries. In September and October you can pick plenty of apples. 🍎
