Modern comfortable facilities with a quiet bbq/patio area which is closed in to prevent runaway toddlers :-) :-) :-) Well equipped modern kitchen. Air-con to main living area and ceiling fans in all other rooms. Linen & towels provided. Nice comfy beds. Hand rails attached to the walls in the shower and toilet in the ensuite. 150mt distance to the new boat ramp and jetty. Sorry no pets, no smoking and no parties. Please be aware that it is not acceptable to clean fish within the house or on the property. There is a lovely fish bay cleaning area at the new boat ramp just 150 mt down the road. Please also be aware that it is not acceptable to dump fish offal in the house bins. There are skip bins at the boat ramp. Any breach of this will incur a further $100 cleaning fee.
