Just 35 miles to Yosemite's Arch Rock Entrance and 10 minutes to the heart of Mariposa shops and dining. The yard is perfect for sunbathing, lawn games, or enjoying lunch on the deck overlooking the seasonal creek or star gazing at night. Enjoy outdoor games in total privacy on 12 acres. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house and grounds. Entry into the house is with key code. Other things to note The road to the house contains 1 mile of non-paved country gravel road. We've had no problems with a front wheel drive car and snow is not an issue. See photos for road. Mariposa downtown is just a short 10 minute drive for dining + boutique shops. There is one external security camera on the premises. The camera is located on the side entrance and provides a spot light for night arrivals that can be turned on remotely.
