It is the perfect spot to vacation, host a holiday, or enjoy a weekend retreat. Nestled on 4 1/2 acres, it offers indoor & outdoor spaces for gathering, entertaining, or relaxing. Be sure to enjoy a soak in the hot tub, swimming and a game of marco polo in the pool, roast smores at the wood burning firepit & a match of pickleball. The space The Indoor Space: Upper Level The upper level features an open space with over 20 windows and 5 skylights. The spacious Great Room includes the living room, dining area, television area, and kitchen, all within view of a floor to ceiling fireplace. The well equipped kitchen boasts a double oven with warming drawer, a 5 burner stove top with an overhead vent with heat lamps, a Monogram refrigerator, a closet full of small kitchen appliances and a large array of cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes and glass ware. A five seat island insures the cook (s) has room for helpers and a space to prep. Adjacent to the living room. with deck access, is an additional area for lounging and entertaining. Four bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers, occupy the upper level. The third shared full bathroom offers a tub/shower. Please note you must step up to enter the master bedroom. The laundry room houses a washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies and tools. Three stairs off the Great Room lead to a 500 sq foot screened in porch. This space, overlooking the property, has 2 hammocks and seating for the entire group. Lower Level One (1) bedroom with 2 queen beds and full tub/shower ensuite bathroom. Family room area with wet bar with small sink and microwave, pool table, board games, television, sectional couch, and a fireplace. Outdoor Space You can access the large deck off the living area and the master bedroom. The deck accommodates a gas grill, separate griddle, a fire dining table, and dining for 12 people. Two staircases off the deck lead to the pool, hot tub, outdoor ping pong, a Weber charcoal grill and smoker, and multiple seating and dining areas. Several umbrellas provide shade protection on both the deck and pool areas. Behind the pool is a full size tennis/pickleball court. Beyond the gated backyard is the 1/2 acre catch and release pond, in ground basketball pad, Volley ball net and landscaped grounds.
