Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas except other bedrooms and owners private space - .The property features a cozy living room with fireplace, TV (Sky - Netflix ) seating room, dining room both facing the back yard where there is a water fountain, nice plants, and sitting area. On the same ground floor there is a full equipped kitchen, laundry..,whasher, dryer, ironing board (free for staying over a week and done by the maid ) guest bathroom, covered garage for one big car / van. On the first floor there are the bedrooms, common terrace overlooking neighbourhood and lake with a table and chairs, corridor, large space (living room) suitable for yoga or meditation and a study-siesta room with a single bed and a recliner...up the stairs there is a mirador ( roof top patio ) with the best views...overlooking the town, lake Chapala and mountains. During your stay I have my own independent space to the guest, but I will be attentive to the guest both upon arrival and departure, also respecting their moments of privacy and assisting them in all possible to have a comfortable stay. Other things to note This place is not suitable for people with walking problems. ....walking up from main road "la carretera" ( which is not that far ) it is a bit of challeging for this kind of people. I am in my 60¨s and still do this with no problem......I should say there is a quite good restaurant and grocery store just a few steps away from this home.
